I can help out with the teacher appreciation luncheon. 10:30-11:30 work best for me.

Also, I can help with the setup of the sports banquet dinner.

How much cornbread do we need? I was thinking cornbread muffins might be easier? I can make 6 dozen? Is that enough?

So sorry I’m not available to help at the events, but I’m happy to cook and contribute. I’ll drop off a crock-pot of vegetarian chili on the 8th. I can plug it in in the Whalen Room around 3pm to keep it warm till dinner… it will already be fully cooked and ready to go, and I will label it “vegetarian”.

I have a small 8 inch Mac n cheese in my freezer that I can bring.

And I can help with set-up and serving starting at 5:15.

Both comments for the sports banquet.

I can help with the Teacher Appreciation lunch. We have our conference at 11:20, so helping just before, or just after would be ideal. Thanks!

I can help before or after our 11:20-11:40 conference. Please let me know what works best for you.

    Thanks,

    Louise

I can bring medium crock-pot of no bean chicken chili for the 8th. How much chili do we still need? I can’t help with the Teacher luncheon. We are going on a college tour with Tracy.
